Benefit concerts have long been a solution to natural disasters such as fires, hurricanes, tsunamis, earthquakes, as well as unforeseen events or post-war humanitarian relief. In 2022, as the world recovers from the impact of COVID-19 pandemic, Hunger Aid will hold benefit concerts to provide such relief for dwindling shelters, food pantries and transitional housing that are being shut down due to insufficient funding from the government.
Hunger Aid is the first major event of its kind since LIVE Aid in 1985 to raise money for food on a major scale. Hunger Aid is produced by the talent through Major Independents where the artist can use their creativity to collaborate together to H.E.L.P. feed the hungry using every resource available through the power of entertainment. Much like FARM Aid that raises money to H.E.L.P. the Farmers grow food, Hunger Aid will H.E.L.P. buy the food our Farmers grow to Feed America.
